hello everyone
im still in induction and need a change of pace salad wise and i love tabbouleh and i can make it in a way that could be induction friendly but the acceptable foods list doesnt list parsley. But in the book Dr.Atkins lists parsley as one of the fresh herbs you can use for your food but i think he didnt mean for alot to be used.
the ingredients would be half a bunch of parsley, a little bit of green onions, a quarter of a tomato and some olive oil and lemon juice.
would you think that would be okay for induction? I could try to measure out the quantities but parsley is sooo light and the green onions used is so minimal as well as the tomatoes.
Thanks in advance
