  • I don't know what I've done

    but my RINGS will not even come off my fingers. I'm seriously bloated. Jeez. What a way to ride into Spring Break!!!

    At least it's too cold for swimsuits!! (Gotta look for the positive.)

    it sounds like you have eaten something with a lot of salt lately. Had you had pork rinds, ham, diet soda....anything you can pinpoint with extra salt? Are you drinking enough water? You need at least 64oz a day.... you might want to post your menus in this forum Review My Menu - Atkins Diet and see if anyone can find something you might be missing.

      less water and too much salt are exactly what does that to me. But also if the weather does weird things out of nowhere I seem to get fatter fingers too.And lets not forget TOM too. Nothing to worry about i'm sure though. when in doubt, drink more water!

        Thanks Carole but I'm not a fan of Review My Menu. I can read the book and I know what I'm supposed to eat! I know when I eat stuff I'm not supposed to. Review My Menu gets kind of harsh sometimes.

        Thanks, though! I try not to stray from STAC. I can't even read the Recipes forum because it revs up my cravings!!! What can I cook? What can I cook? What can I cook????

        Oh, and I get a gallon of water a day. I'm sure I'd had a salt overload somewhere!
