Good morning, everyone!! I've been down to 194 for a few day so I'm claiming it! The even better news is I bought a new scale because my old one was acting psycho and the new one seems to weigh in higher. Oh, well...I'll wear it out too, eventually.
I've gone back to fitday to watch my percentages and even my calories. I've never had to do that before but it seems to be helping. If I keep the caloric intake around 1500 per day, I lose. That's tough to do as I walk at least 5 miles per day between exercise and my normal day. It just means finding a way to squeeze the fat into what I eat while simultaneously watching how much butter, mayo and dressing I use. Every tick of a pound down makes goal look attainable!

, but I'm still eating well and still rocking the ketones. I went ahead and went back to my normal water pill dose today since they upped my potassium yesterday. I'm up 3lbs on the scale....but maybe after today's regular water pill dose those will be gone. My ankles look bad but not horrendous...but I can surely see the 3lbs.
