    Good morning, everyone!! So nice to be in the midst of a weekend!! Hope you all are doing fantastic and proudly staying on plan this weekend!

    I might plant a flower garden today and burn calories galore! IF the windy wet weather and tornadoes stay away!!

    Good Morning.. I have a movie I need to watch today, Broccoli Salad to fix for tomorrow, and some foods I have planned for the week that I need to fix.. Lasagna for the kids, a Ham, and Meatloaf.. I have long days at work on Monday and Tuesday so I want to be ready

    Gotta fix me quick breakfast stuff too....

      Ok, Teej!! I hopped on the scale just for you! Down to 192 today! I haven't posted in the celebration forum.....yet. Anyway, if you're not looking at the ticker, TJ, that's over FORTY pounds down now!! YAY!! C'mon 180's!! I am READY!!

          THANK YOU, Sandy!!! It's heating up around here! This time around on Atkins I've had to bust it for every single pound!! I'm glad this WOL is beginning to pay me back in multiple pounds down! I've started tracking everything that passes my lips again. Then again, though, I am sort of holding my breath. I've started taking "the pill" again and who knows what that will do!! Last time I started taking the pill, I gave it up as soon as I saw water weight creeping up!

          Good for you, Sandy, on being prepared for the week with your foods!! That will save you every time!!! I can't tell you how many times per week, I'm almost running out the door, running late to work because I WILL NOT leave without my stash of legal foods and breakfast!! I go home at lunch and every day it's tuna and mayo, veggies and H2O. Boring? Yes, absolutely! But it's fast and effective! You're doing great yourself!! Keep up the work, it will pay you back!!

            Congrats Ev, you are just melting away! I am going to hit the gym and cardio hard today so you don't get too far away. I have an exciting day of laundry and Easter egg coloring planned today.

            As if I wasn't having a crappy enough time lately, someone broke into my cars Thursday night. Our whole neighborhood got hit. It was a very strange theft, more annoying than anything else. My wife's change tray got cleaned out, but they left her GPS and cell phone. There was a $200 stethescope sitting in plain sight too. In my car they took about $2, my softball glove, and a zippo. My ipod and radar detector were sitting in plain sight and they left those. All of my neighbors had their change trays robbed too, and all said they had things like laptops and digital camera that weren't touched. Very weird. We've been here for 5 years and most people here don't even lock their houses when they go to work. It has always been the safest neighborhood imaginable. I didn't think neighborhoods like this existed anymore. We all feel that it was a random transient person and we aren't going to change the way we live because of it.

            The re-dedicating myself to this WOE is going well enough. I got 10 hours of sleep last night and ate chicken and steak yesterday. No sausage or ham or frankenfoods.

            I noticed we have a chatroom feature on the bulletin board. I guess Tom has been busy. We will all have to find a time to get together and have a STAC chat. If you guys have been paying close attention, you will see that Tom is adding new stuff almost every day. As if we don't spend enough time here already! Between the arcade and other things to do here, I am going to get fatter and lazier at my keyboard. I don't know what the Radio and TV thing is all about, I guess that's new too.

              G'mornin!

              Ever!! What great news!! Congrats!

              Just got back in from a 45 min walk - did my abs and push-ups for the day and feeling great!! I am not the least bit sore from painting my living room yesterday - I really thought I would be. I get to finish today - NOT looking forward to more painting.. lol and I am not thrilled with the color either.. I'm hoping it will grow on me.

              As far as foods go .. I eat the same things every day during the workweek. I make a Broccoli Quiche and cut it into 6 pieces.. that's what I eat for breakfast everyday.. And grill 2 packs of chicken tenders to chop of on my salads for lunch. Dinner varies - but keeping my work meals the same keeps me on track and cheat free. Boring but safe

              I feel good - back up at 200 again - but I know I didnt gain anything but water I ate a bunch of pepperoni yesterday - yummy but salty. Going to chug a ton of water today to flush it out.

                Good morning everyone! Happy Saturday! Today should be a fun and busy day. The detroit zoo is having an Easter event called Bunnyville, so we're takin the little guy, and then coloring Easter eggs and making easter cookies. Lol...dont worry...I'll be fine. I dont really like sugar cookies anyway.

                  Fantastic! Congrats!

                  Hit the grocery for Easter dinner fixin's ... braised pork chops and veggies. No more marshmallow peeps! Won't lie to you: I miss the sugary junk. But, no victory without sacrifice ... it's worth it.

                    Happy (belated) Passover and Happy (early) Easter to those celebrating. Happy weekend to everyone else.

                    Had a rough day yesterday. I'm trying to not weigh in for a week, and it's weird.
                    We're making deviled eggs and a LC cheesecake to take to Easter dinner tomorrow. To make sure we have legal food to eat at a family gathering. Better safe than sorry!

                        Howdy, everyone!! I hope everyone had a good Saturday! I had a regular samo, samo day. Dad wasn't doing very well at all today, real confused. I know things are going to get worse, but I love the good days with him. I stayed low carb today, but not one veggie passed my lips. I'll do better tomorrow! Everyone have a good Easter.

                              Kelly, you should have said something about the Florida vacation. You passed within a mile of my house. Would have been great to have you over for dinner. I'm a quarter mile off the interstate at exit 3 on 95. Would have been great to burn some cow. Give me a shout next time you are in the area.
