    Hey everybody. We are half way through this week
    I'm down 2 pounds as of last Sunday.
    Last night I had a food dream in which I started eating a chocolate cup cake. It was sooooo very good . Then I spit out what was in my mouth after remembering I was on Atkins. LOL

      They aren't missing, they are in my sig now. I'm hoping someone beats my helicopter and asteroids scores. I want to put up something big.

          Hey, Everyone! Congrats to all the losers. I got up to another 1 pound loss this morning. I went to Walmart with my mom, and splurged on a pair of jeans. It's been years since I bought a pair of jeans, and they fit perfect. Size 14!! So here goes the motivation to go down to a 12. I'll do it!! Yes, I can!!! I think that buying something new and smaller will be my reward.

                Yes, my job as Security is to check a door every 2 hours, it takes
                3 minutes to do, I do it 4 times a day. I actually "work" 12 minutes
                in a 8 hour shift. Someone has to do it : )
