I started here just about a year ago, got down to 140 and then felt satisfied and fell off the wagon a few times. There was a bad phase where I was doing atkins during the week, then falling off the wagon every weekend. Had a very rough year though.
Back to try again and stick with it. I don't know why I would weaken just because someone had cooked pasta or brought out fresh bread but hopefully I will be stronger this time.
I think that checking in daily will help. Even if it means just checking out recipe selections - there are so many great ones!
There was a lady here last year who had a great line on her signature "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels". I will have to remember that this time.
