I come back here on my hands and knees, begging forgiveness. I went off plan about 3 weeks ago after losing 40 pounds. Although I maintained my weight, i didn't continue to lose. To me, I lost three weeks which could have been another 10-15 pounds.
I started a new induction yesterday and feel great about it today. I can feel the changes taking place inside which mean that ketosis is on its way (I'm passing ketones, but don't have any other indicators right now).
SO, this is round two for me. I weighed in tonight at 281 which is actually lower than when I stopped the plan. Lucky, I think! I'm going to stick with a clean induction for 2 weeks and then stay on plan after that. I know now what I have to avoid, and I'm more dedicated than ever. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by June 12th (last day of school).
