    Morning everyone,

    Well... after my fall this last weekend I'm here with bells on! You'll noticed in my siggy that I've lost my cheat-free status but I'm confident that it will climb again!

    Had a great on-plan dinner last night with left-overs that I'm eating today (breaky & lunch). Dinner will be a ham & cheese omlette.

    Becki = glad to hear you're feeling better... and glad to hear that you've avoided the donnuts!!

    Julia = enjoy your workout!

    Mrs. Davis = sad news, but lots to look forward to in the future if you stay on plan! You can do it!!

    TJ & Ev = I'm so happy to hear that you're quiting smoking!! My Mom was a big smoker and passed away too early due to emphysema/COPD complications. Don't let it happen to you, especially since you're both working so hard to be healthy!!

    Everyone else... have a great cheat-free day... I know I will!

      Hello everyone, just a quickie check-in today. Lost two more pounds this weekend which was very cool, now I'm just trying to chug water so I can keep up with my amounts. Make yourself proud today!

      Start date: 03/14/09
      Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
      Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!
      Goal #3 - 240 - Met 06/20/09! Goal #6 - 210

        Checking in. I don't think I've written a thing since Easter.
        I attempted to do a no weigh week and when I got back on I found I'd put on 2-3 lbs. I've held steady at that for the past week.

        So now I know I'm one of those rare people that needs to weigh in every morning to keep on track.

        I have not cheated, so I'm not sure why I've had the bounce. Possibly I've had some carb creep as probably I got a little lax in my carb counting.

        I'm starting to record everything I eat again on Fitday to see where I am. Refocusing on my water consumption and I'm adding a dialy fiber supplement, in case this is just a major constipation problem.

        It's so hard to stay focused when the scale's not moving. But I'm going to do it!

            today is day 40 for me, and i'm minus 15lbs and 14inches.
            As soon as my lunch digests a bit i'm going to go get my brand new gym membership!

              Ok I am here but not happy with myself.

              Sunday night I was lazy and did not feel like cooking so I tried to
              order Atkins semi friendly food from a Chinese place. Got the Beef satay
              and that was ok, then I got the ribs which probably had some sugar in
              the coating, but for some reason I also got general T'so chicken.

              I am sure there was tons of sugar in the coating and I am also sure
              the chicken chunks were breaded.

              Its ok, Monday is a new day and new start and I have 10 weeks before
              I go overseas. I can be better !

              T.J Good job on trying to stop smoking, thats also one thing I need to
              do once I am down to a good weight, I would also try to stop now but
              I am terrible at trying to multi-task.

                I've been going through some self-sabotaging for the past 2 months... but, I think I'm done hurting myself now...

                I've been good all day and I'm going to go make a casserole dish to divi up for the rest of the week...

                    Hi. everybody! Monday is like any other day to me cause I'm always doing the same thing. But, I stuck on plan, still haven't had as many carbs as I should, but I am too full to eat anything else. I rode my bike, and am chugging my water down!

                    TJ and Ever. good luck on you quitting smoking. I've smoked so long now, it's part of me. I'm scared that if I was to try to quit, I would gain all my weight back plus more. I have cut down about a pack a day, cause I don't smoke in my parents home. Oh, well, maybe one day!
