  • day 4 and I flopped

    I was doing so well and then I started gorging on carb junk at night.

    I wasn't preparing my meals like I was supposed to after day 3..tsk

    REstarting again...today

    I really do need a journal..see you all tomorrow.

    You've seen that planning is essential, and you can learn from your mistake, so that you don't repeat it in the future. If you do this, then you'll be able to use this experience in your advantage.

      I find you really have to think at least a day ahead. Can you get rid of the carb junk in your home?
