Hi Everyone!
This is my ...I don't know how many times around! I am really hoping it is my last "new start" on Atkins!! I was really successful the very first time I tried Atkins but then after I got pregnant with my last child and went off its all been downhill since. My "baby" is going to be 8!! So, I need a lot of support! I am ready to give this my all! I am the heaviest I have ever been (not pregnant). I am not sure why my other attempts havent been working other than maybe the splenda is slowing me down or the fact that I work night shift now. Any suggustions?
