Checking in on this wonderful sunny Friday! I think I can safely say that Spring has finally arrived in my neck of the woods. Doing well~~day 5 cheat free after my trip to Cape Cod.

I would suggest to people to think about starting a journal in Journal Chats. It is a great place to keep track of your progress, write out the feelings~the good & the bad, a great place for your ADBB friends to keep in touch with you etc...
