    I can sum up today in six words: Kid's At Grandmas For The Night. Rare treat for me and my wife. It's movie night on the big screen (her choice) and grill cooking (swordfish and salad). Then it's open up the french doors overlooking the woods and listen to the cadre of birds making all that racket. But, no sleeping in tomorrow -taking the boy to swim class at the Y. Maybe I'll get my workout in there....

    Before this WOE, I'd be three beers in right now watching hockey, and planning where we would have a gigantic meal before going to a movie. In fact, I needed to get rid of some Corona Light in the fridge to make room for the cauliflower pizza crust I'm making right now (holy cow...beer in exchange for cauliflower??? who woulda thunk THAT?). So, Grandpa has a nice cold six pack coming tonight, too.

      Ya know what, Slapshot?? A smart man would say those six words and then know his workout could happen at the end of the night!! Go whisper in her ear and tell her she's gonna need a nap this afternoon!! Maybe you'll get a workout we won't know about!!

        But wait, I've already met my 5 day a week exercise challenge for the week! I'll email jimmie and see if I can carry over today's activities to next week.

              Hello...Its been a long day... I washed 3 cars this morning.. Mine, my daughters and my son's girlfriends car.. Then I went to work from 12:30 to 6... Then I went to Wally World for Groceries..and of course I picked up dinner on the way home after spending $200 in groceries...lol

              I am tired and am going to head to bed!

                Hi, everyone!! It's nice to see so many people coming back to ADBB!! As for me, I am hanging in there. Still eating correctly, but not exercising as much. Haven't had the time lately spending a lot of time at my parents. I really need to kick my own butt and find the time to do it. I know it makes me feel better, and helps the weight go off so much faster, but I come home dead tired, and have so much to do. Boy, do I have the excuses. I'll change that tomorrow cause I finally get a day at home. Yay!!

                Ever, I noticed your birthday is September 25, mine is the 24th!! I'm just a lot older than you, but hopefully, when I lose the weight I want, I will feel just as young.
