Maybe not "odd" but what I am seeking is a strict Atkins induction menu for the 14 days of induction. I am terrible with my counting of carbs and think if I followed a regular plan it will get me to understand the foods better and continue after the 14 days. I have been on such a yoyo that I need some form of a foundation and I think this would do it.
So do you know of any menus that are under 20 carbs and include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner?
BTW I know which foods to stray from (such as pasta, breads, flour, sugar, limited dairy, caffeine, etc) but I just feel very 'lost'
I appreciate the help - with the warmer weather approaching I am getting more and more depressed that I am where I was weight wise last year
