Out of the many times that I have done a real start over induction the last time the flue got me it was only 2 days. I took advil & tylenol and it helped a lot.

Feel better and hang in there

Re: Day 3 and Induction Flu

I got lucky I didn't get this til 7-8 days in. I'm on day 11 now but it was more just the " I feel like crap and can't move" than the dizziness and nausea. But I feel much better this week. Not seeing the scale moving but noticing a change in inches so I'm not stressing. Don't usually pay attention to the scale because i work out and the friggin thing NEVER moves...it's so irratatinng...lol.

        Hope you feel betetr soon.

I don't think I've had bad induction flus. I do know my throat is a little scratchy on the right side, and I have had headaches, but that is nothing BC powders couldn't cure. I'm on day 4 and I feel alright. Maybe I'm lucky!
