    Hello guys!

    Just starting the day off on the right track. Had a nice 3 eggs with some provolone cheese a thin slice of scallion, and a little bit of cilantro cut up really thin. And of course I had my favorite nitrate free bacon.

    I had to take out some food because I ran out, but that's not too bad for cooking on a Monday, that's good that my food lasted until Wednesday. I've got down almost 6 glasses of water so far and I plan on getting four more under my belt. How is everyone else doing?

    Good morning! Had a 3-egg omelet with mini-portabella mushrooms, 2 types of cheese and a little sour cream. Plus 2 pieces of sausage on the side.
    What I do:
    Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
    At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
    2 filtered containers water/day
    Daily salads/veggies


    Goals:

    Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
    Workout in a XXXL shirt
    - DONE!
    Workout in a XXL shirt
    Workout in a XL shirt
    270 on the scales

      Hello! Everything is good my way! I was down 2 lb this morning! Just enjoyed my 2 eggs scrambled in butter and they were delicious!

      star-wtg on the water! I'm on my second bottle for the morning, hoping to get about 4 more in today. Your b'fast sounds delicious!

        Hi everyone - sorry I've been quiet lately, busy at work! I worked late Monday night, so couldn't get up for my 5:45 am workout yesterday. It was the first time I missed it in a while, and was afraid I was going to get into the rut of "I'll skip this morning and workout at lunch/tonight." Well, I'm pleased to report that I worked out in our gym at 5:15pm yesterday. I was back up at 5:45am today, back to the routine. Whew!

          I had a hamburger patty for breakfast. I'm hoping the cafeteria has salad today. Too often, ketchup is their vegetable of choice!!!

          Anyway, congrats to all on keeping with the plan. Lots of new faces!!! Let's keep each other motivated and on plan.

              Good morning all...

              man-o-man...yesterday was a rotten day at work. My last "dear friend" was laid off and it came as a complete shock to her. It's hard to understand sometimes how they choose who get's let go. I learned that we will all know our fate by June 30th...so there is an end in site. The worst part of this is not knowing. I've been toying with getting my house on the market...but what if I DON'T lose my job and now I've sold my house? I just don't know what to do...can't wait till I have some direction.

              I didn't eat enough yesterday I think, because I had sooooo much to do when I got home from work that I only had time to grab about 3 slices of salami and a pickle for dinner. Yeah...that's it. At least my caesar salad from lunch kept me going all day long.

              Today's food plan is my mini-egg and sausage micro-scramble for breakfast (mmm...it was tasty) mockaroni and cheese for lunch (with 2carbs worth of beef hot dogs), celery and cream cheese for snacks, and dinner will be something with ground beef...cuz I have some sitting in the fridge. Not sure what though...we'll see.

              I actually got on the scale this morning to see the damage, and it's not near as bad as it could have been...I'm actually quite impressed. I might be able to get back to my low within a couple of weeks (assuming a lot of this is still water). My ankles are starting to look better, but have a way to go. I'll check for ketosis later today, but I'm sure it's too soon.

              I don't yet have the energy to do a real workout...but I have physical therapy today, and he usually makes me sweat a bit. I'm still re-adjusting to my work schedule...I sure did not want to get out of bed this morning! Am looking forward to ketosis just to get some energy back!

              Successfully did Atkins in 1998 using 1992 copy of the book...before it was "hip". Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again.

                Happy Hump Day STAC'ers

                I went to bed late and got up early. I was at the park hiking by 6:30 this morning. This is like the best "early" summer ever since I have lived in Anchorage.

                Hubby is home sick today. He has a tooth ache and possibly an infection. He had a routine dental cleaning scheduled last Friday and he cancelled it to work. Now he has to go in this morning.

                I just made a German Sausage, Mushroom, Onion and Feta scramble. Yummy. I don't have a clue on what is for dinner yet. We have left over chicken so something will happen.

                Sorry Rajenki. The stress must be hard. I feel for you.

                Sorry about the funeral MrsDavis. Those are always sad.

                Slap good job sticking with exercise

                  Hi Everyone!

                  Thanks for the warm welcomes yesterday.

                  FH and I took a nice long walk/jog with our dogs last night, and I hit the ground running this morning with my bacon and eggs. YUM. I swear, as I was eating I was wondering why I limited myself to a 60 cal yogurt and a handful of grape breakfast for so long (only to stay the same weight might I add)! I know some people get sick of all the eggs but I LOVE them.

                  It's lunch time so away I go...feeling good, glad to be back and OP. Have a fabulous day!

                    I had Linda's chicken salad on a cup of greens for lunch, with a monstrous glass of water. OMG so good!

                      Had scrambled eggs with cheddar and a cheddarwurst for breakfast. Have been snacking on cheese throughout the day, Will probably have a cheeseburger for supper-no bun natch' I need to stock my fridge with more Atkins friendly Items

                            My first roll call. Doing pretty well. Down ten pounds since April 10th. Blood glucose tests much better.

                            I'm still working on my ideal breakfast. Let you know what I do.

                              Struggeling really hard not to dive head first into a bowl of pasta. This day is really tough...the cravings are my fault, but the added emotional stress is really bogging me down.
