Just read Angelawillbethinagain's inspiration post in the stickies and am putting this here to re-affirm my COMMITMENT (yells to self) to 14 days on this WoE.
Have the fridge stocked, but was waffling between actually committing all the way or just kind of following on the fringes. Had it out with myself last night, went on a bit of a carb bender, then decided that it's all in for me. Said good-bye to those foods and am committed to this for the next 14 days, no matter what.
Absolutely nothing that's not on the "Acceptable Foods List"
(Continue to) List all foods
Yoga 6 out of 14 days
Ab work 6 out of 14 days.
At least 3L water a day.
Reward for 7 days on plan = New Shorts @ Uniqlo
Reward for 14 days on plan = Acceptable Food Treat (planned and portioned in advance) from OWL rung 1.
