Good morning STACers.
A great sunday ahead. Been reading and studying different eating plans and diets out there. I'm involved in a 3 month weightloss and exercise program for my education as a Fitness Trainer. It has been an eye opening process of workouts, foods, and fueling. I'm 10days into the whole deal.
Everything I learned here, I take with me on this journey into the health club world.
Focus,
Plans and Execution
Monitoring the ups and downs and returning to focus.
Everything I learned over the last 3 years is still all true for me. When I started Atkins I had no confidence I and I had let myself down terribly.
Weight loss, sticking to plans and promises restored my trust.
Then I let carbs back into fuel triathlons and lost complete control.
Which in turn brought back the negative. Loss of self trust and confidence and pain.
Making hard decisions to change all over again was tough, but now I am in a zone of reestablishing much, focus, plans, execution, and return to focus.
It feels so good to be dialed in.
