    morning
    not sure if im missing roll call someone else made so im starting one hope its ok

    how is everyone this morning i hope good
    im siting here waiting on my hubby to come home from work so we can go walk i only got 4 hours sleep he works 12am to 8 am and i didnt go to bed until 1am and he call me at 2am and i couldn't go back to sleep so i guess i'll just deal with walking sleepy

    will power and good vibes to you all today have a good thursday just think tomarrow is friday yay

    Thanks for starting roll call, Lindy! One of my student's mom lives in Dublin, GA. Small world.

    I've had a three day training and today is the last day. Just gets me so far out of my routine--what am I gonna do for summer break which starts next Tuesday???

    So, workshops mean eating out everyday, lots of chocolate from the presenter. Yesterday, one of the elementary school teachers brought in peanut butter cake.

    Anyway, I'm stayin away from the bad stuff. Like it or not.

      I want to apologize for my semi-breakdown on yesterdays roll call. I was overreacting. Having done this diet many times before I am fully aware that there will be up and down points. This morning the scale was right back where I wanted it to be. All 3 lbs. i gained were gone. I'll try to keep my breakdowns to a minimum in the future.

      As for today, WOO HOO! Feeling great and on plan!

        Kelly - Way to say no to temptation. I'm not so good at that, but I'm slowly realizing I always feel like crap when I give in, and I feel energized and in charge when I don't.

        runawayllama - WTG on the 3 lb loss! Glad you are feeling better about things today.


        As for me, I'm here and OP....feeling good and back on track from vacation.

          aww llama don't freak out! my weight loss pattern is a lot like that. i lose a lot then gain some, then lose a lot then gain some. my 2nd week i gained 5lbs! Its all normal!

          I havent been in the roll call much lately, but i'm still here, and sittin pretty at 204 today have a good day all!

            Thanks, I know you guys understand which is why I freaking love this site! But, I don't like being a whiny baby either which is why I felt the need to apologize. Congrats on sittin pretty.

                Tomorrow is Friday again woohoo

                I was out and walking this morning. It actually started raining last night so it was not as warm as it has been. I will go out again later and do it again.

                I plan on cleaning my house today, getting my office organized and maybe taking my daughter out to do something. School has been out for a week and she is bored out of her mind. I would like her to get a job so she doesn't sit around all summer. Maybe I will take her out to apply for some jobs?

                llama- don't take the gains personal. That is natural for your weight to fluctuate depending on what you eat and how much exercise you are getting. I only post my loss's. This WOL works you just trust it.

                Lindy get some rest and tell hubby not to call you in the middle of the night after you have gone to bed (unless it is an emergency). You need your rest too. Do you work or have little ones?

                I just realized there are many new faces on here. I guess I haven't been paying attention. Welcome to STAC! Have a great day and drink your water.

                  Hello STACers... I've been away from the board for close to a week and I've been missing you all!!

                  No real reason for being away... just busy with work and starting my business. I'm excited because I've finally narrowed down what I want my business logo to look like! Now I send my ideas to the logo-guy and see what he can make of what I like. I'm excited! Once I have my logo I can create my website AND some marketing materials... see if I can drum up some business! My realtor is already starting to refer me to her buying-clients for home reno/design/decor jobs which is great... the hard part with her is convincing her that her selling-clients also need my services!! I soooo hope that I can quit my day-job one day and do what I love!!

                  Anyway... I'm on plan and doing well... but still sitting at 190 (it's been a little over a week now). I guess my body likes 190.

                  Hey DANA!! I see you're here with me now! Wanna race to 180????? Ready, set... go!

                  Becki - You're fab, aren't you? Loving your exercise pain!! I've upped my walking time, but still haven't incorporated major exercise into my plan. You're an inspiration, let me tell you!!

                  Laura - Loved hearing about your two new tatoos. Great story and a terrific way to motivate yourself!

                  Llama - I'm one for losing, claiming that loss and then putting on a couple of pounds... then all of a sudden I've lost those few and a few more. I've just come to realize that it's just the way my body loses. Kinda like it's backing up before it leaps for the next lower level. Just ride it all out & stay true to plan!!

                  I'm going to add my voice to Julie's and say "welcome" to all the newbies here on STAC!!

                        Checking in! This was one of those days when I couldn't get to any low carb food. Was at the nursing home, I ate 3 peanut butter crackers. I feel so guilty!! I know that I shouldn't feel that way, but I have done so good. Things are not good with my Dad and it is so stressful. Every time that I go out ther, it seems that there is a new skin tear on him. His skin is fragile, and they just don't watch how they pick him up. I wish I could bring him home, but my brothers didn't ask my opinion in the first place, so it wouldn't do any good anyway!

                        Sorry, I'm venting!! I just needed to get it out!

                        Anyway, still at 166! At least I'm not gaining for now!
