I talked to my hubby about using fish with the parm/mayo - he suggested it with sole or cod. What do you think? Do these particular fish have enough flavour? I know salmon has a distinct flavour but I've never had tilapia...Tangotori (Vickie)

absolutely it would work. Tilapia is very, very mild. If you use something that is thin and mild, broil instead of bake. Make sense????
But try it sometime with salmon, too!!!Comment
