    Good morning everyone and Happy Monday (ugh)

    I am making a commitment to reset my plan this week.. been stuck at the same weight for 2+weeks.. I've been sloppy with my veggies.. and getting enough of them. Not to mention I've been snacking on a ton of cheese

    Vickie - this means I am still stuck at 190!! YIKES

    So starting today - it's back to the basics for me!!

    I can't believe its June. We had a frost warning last night.
    I ordered a walking exercise DVD and I'm so excited. Can't wait to receive it!

      hi everyone, im the same as you dana, not stuck at a weight but not getting as good results as i was hoping for so am going to be watching every single thing i eat for hidden carbs. good luck to you.

        Good Morning All!

        Had a great weekend. I mostly stayed home with my FH. That always works out better for me eating wise. I'm happy to say I've been OP all weekend, AND got a ton of exercise out in the yard. My arms and back muscles are pretty sore today. But, it paid off...I'm back down to where I was before going to the beach. Can't wait to get home tonight and workout!

          Good morning everyone!

          I cheated big time this weekend so I'm restarting Induction today, luckily I'm still down 4 lbs. I did a lot of work on the house this weekend though (painting/cleaning) so I definitely got in my exercise.

            Happy Monday STAC'ers

            The sun is back again & I have plenty of work to do today. It definately feels like Monday today. I have a bit of a sinus headache. I woke up at 2 am and took some advil and an allergy pill so it is about time for more advil.

            Yesterday was a long day. We hiked for about 5 hours and it was raining but cleared off after the first couple of hours. My knee and my back started hurting at 4 hours so I am gaining on it.

            I didn't do well on my vegis yesterday so I guess it is time to make another batch of vegi soup. I made a white chocolate/coconut pudding a few days ago with sf pudding mix and coconut cream and sf coconut syrup. It is petty good and I think I will add that to my low carb recipe book.

            Dana- I hear you about being stuck. I think it is natural to slow down on the weight loss but I frquently go back to basics. It is your safety zone and a good place to get grounded before trying something new or splurging on something special.

            Burn- I took some pictures yesterday. The snow is all over the low mountains. It was 46 in town when I left and when I returned it was 71. Weird.

            Focus- patience grasshopper . The results are a byproduct of the journey. You are doing great.

              Hello All!
              Managed to halt the free-fall of last week and had a decent (but not great) weekend.
              It's back to basics for me, as well. Planning a trip to Costco tomorrow to stock up on some healthy meats (salmon, turkey, tuna, chicken) and cheese (cheddar).

              Did an hour of intense yoga. I've definitely moved up to the "Intermediate" level and would love to be able to do a full headstand by the end of the month. Hmmmm... wonder if that'll happen...?

              Also, feels like it's easier for me to stay committed and on plan when I do yoga every day, possibly because then I'm working out my stress w. yoga and not food.

              AlaskaGirl~That pudding sounds am-A-ZING! Sorry about the sinuses, but I can commiserate. Mine are playing, up as well. Strangely, doing inverted yoga poses seemed to help. Go figure, right?

                Hey All! We'r e in two and a half days of post-plan and then it's summer vacation. Woohoo.

                I bought myself a motorcycle Saturday so I will spend the summer on an Alaskan cruise and learning to ride my motorcycle. I am so excited!!!

                  Just checking in after a long, boring day at school, first day back for summer semester.

                  Happy to report that I stayed OP because I was a bit concerned about messing up once I was back to my hectic school schedule. But, a bit of planning took care of all that!!

                        It has been a busy day but a great day. Almost skipped my walk due to getting home late. Instead of calling it a night I grabbed my MP3 player & hit the pavement. Beautiful quiet evening & I'm so glad I went for a walk!

                          Happy June. Crappy June. I only have about a month til bathing suit time?! 25+ lbs. left to go and then what? I still think when ever I "eat" again I will weigh 200lbs again! GRRR!
