      Good morning! It's one last faculty meeting and then Summer Vacation!!!!! We got our bikes last night so I'm looking forward to riding all afternoon!

        I'm on plan today. Gotta do the lawn mowing I was supposed to do yesterday
        Did another two 2 miles yesterday with my walking DVD. I'm finding I have to order a couple of good sports bra to decrease the bounce

          Happy Humpday STAC'ers

          This week is going by fast.

          I got one heck of a work out yesterday. I usually pace my self but yesterday we went faster on our 2nd hike because my daughter wasn't feeling well and we had to get back quick. I am amazed that I am feeling ok today. I also found a little below the knee wrap for petellar tendonitis and it worked like a charm. I found my self jogging at times

          Today I am off to clean out one of our storage units with my new co-worker. We want to move to a new facility that is heated and clean before snow falls. The good thing is she is a work-a-holic and she will help get this done. If it were just me I would probably let it slide and stay in the crappy old unit for another year or so (that is how I am).

          Oz that was a very nice post.

          Burn I remember a post about the "best" sports bras for chesty women a few years back and I want to look for it. Let us know what your research comes up with. Right now I am using a regular support bra and a very snug under shirt that keeps the whole waist/back and bra area from jiggling but it is hot and uncomfortable because I put another shirt on top of it.

            Good morning! I'm checking in, it's going to be a busy day. My oldest daughter graduates from high school Friday night. I can't believe it, but she is more than ready to move on to college. I'm plugging along on my eating plan.
            I think I got a little overeager on the extra veggies and my weight loss stalled last week. The good thing is, it didn't go up. I am measuring the vegetables again. I think I got back to my old nibbling while preparing food habit again. Today I will concentrate on proper quantities and drinking lots of water. Have a great day, Eva

              Hello everyone,

              here and accounted for. ;-)
              sipping away on this 3 Liter water bottle/container. I must say as long as it is sitting right in front of me with a straw in it, I will just like a cow lean forward and continously drink. ;-) mmmooooo !!!!

                Julie - I do the exact same thing with my water. If I have it on my desk, with a sippy spout, I drink a ton through the day!


                Got up at 5 again this morning...FH was sore and just wanted to do some stretching instead of walking, so I plugged in my Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and did that while he stretched. It feels so good to know my evenings are free now that I'm working out in the AM. I already have more energy through the day.

                I had hard boiled eggs for breakfast and just finished some crab meat and mixed veggies for lunch...YUM! Tonight, it's grilled shrimp with whatever "sauce" or glaze I can come up with and, of course, veggies!
