    2nd time round

    hi there this is my 2nd attempt i last done this in 2005 and droopped 4 stone xxx Im 9 days in and have dropped a 14 pounds this time xx feeling a little down today is it normal ?

    Major major congrads on that weight loss!How much does a stone weigh in pounds?

    A little blues may be caused by your adjusting body chemistry as it goes from pre-Atkins to Atkins. This may happen especially during the Induction period.

      Clairebear, congrats on the loss! You are doing wonderful! I believe that it's your body that is down because it's not eating the things that it is used to. Keep it up! As you lose more, your body and mind will say thank you!
