Thanks Julie!! You're awesome! I need some pats on the back today. I'm avoiding something that must be done. I'm surprisingly depressed lately and the celebration today is a great distraction. No way!! Never thought I'd get very far under 200 lbs!! I only thought that because I hadn't seen it in so long. I had no idea what my mind and body were capable of. Funny thing is....all it takes is everything you've got! Just have to stay on plan! Eventually everything clicks and then it's wonderful!
I don't have a cable for my digital camera. It got lost somewhere on a trip. I'll see if I can buy one without getting robbed and eventually I'll get my buddies some before and after pics. I shouldn't be so bashful about it. I think I look better than I allow myself to believe. Do you know what I mean? I don't ever want to be complacent about my appearance again. That's a slippery slope!!
I thank you again for your congrats and I thank you for everything all of you here had to do with it! I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own and I know it!!
