Back in January I decided to give this way of life a try. I did really well but lost slow. I lost 20 pounds in 5 months. My energy level was through the roof and I was even exercising! Me, the girl who hasn't exercised for years was exercising and looking forward to it!
My hubby one day totally went off. Not in a mean way but in a way that he convinced me that I could lose weight and feel just as great with out living the Atkins way. He was tired of the stinky food and my stinky breath so I decided that I would try it his way for a while. Well, obviously it did not work cause I am back home, here.
I am starting induction tomorrow and I plan on doing a strict one. I have purchased a notebook that I will write down the day, time and what I have eaten and of course the carb count. I went to the store today and stocked up on some basics. I have even made my meals for tomorrow and I am setting my alarm clock a little early to get a walk in, in the morning. Then as long as the weather holds out I will take a longer walk tomorrow after work while waiting on my sons little league game. If it decides to rain I will come home and walk on the treadmill again.
I am so happy to be back! I can not wait to lose some fat and start feeling good again!
