  • Back for good

Hi guys, Im back on day 2 of induction after falling off the wagon. My gran broke her hip and it was left to me to try and juggle home, work, hospital. I was so determined to stay on track but the more exhausted all the running around got, the easier it became to just grab a sarni an the hotel canteen or a take away on the way home. The crazy part is the more carb loaded poison I ate the worse i felt and last week i broke, couldnt lift my head off the pillow was crying all the time and at an all time low but instead of phoning the docs my darling other half aranged for a home help to go check on gran in a morning and spoke to my boss and had my shifts cut. Then he passed me my copy of DANDR and said "read this, im off to stock up on meat and eggs" lol. So here I am! Im looking forward to catching up with all of you and getting back on track. Take care.x
