    Good morning, STACer's!!

    The good news is...Friday is on the way! It's the only thing I've got to look forward to this week!

    Hope you all are on plan and enjoying your week! I'm working hard every day and working out and waiting for the last 3 pounds to fall off so I can get into the "healthy" weight category!! My guess is it might be the toughest 3 pounds yet!

    Hard to get out of bed this AM~~slept extremely well. The beeper remained silent throughout the night. No work today as I have to take my mother to the hospital for a procedure. She has to have a cardioversion with the hopes her heart will go back into a normal rhythm.

    Have reading material packed along with some food & of course H20. I'm ready for the day! Hoping the weather changes so I can walk outside today.

      Mornin folks!

      Up and ready to go for the day Eating my breakfast then out for my walk.

      Things are going much better for me this week.. finally!!

        Hi there well today did the household cleaning put laundry away and put another machine on then bathed my baby and put him to sleep finally had a capachino for breakfast then here i am free had to log on.Later got cooking to do then going to collect the other 2 boys from school same old routine well hope everyone is doing well who is reading all the best.No loss today im still the same when your so wanting something it takes longer im so near my year long goal.

          Ok, I'm leaving for my Alaskan cruise tomorrow. I'm really excited but not looking forward to the Atlanta airport in the am.

          On another note, I'm getting ready to hop on my motorcycle and go for a ride up in the mountains with another teacher at my school who just started riding. Gotta love summer vacation!

                  Good morning all! I just looked at my current weight and my old goals. It appears that I am obese again.

                  Looks like my first goal should be an easy one to hit. Stay accountable everyone and have a great humpday.

                      Good morning, all! It's been a very long time since I've posted here and thought it was past time for me to start checking in every day again. I was just remarking in my journal that I spend too much time in the chats and not enough time on the other boards. I want to start hanging out with you guys and start participating in challenges again to help me really get focused.

                      I 'see' some familiar faces and some new people I haven't 'met.' Hope to get to know you!

                      Finishing up in my classroom today - packing - then paperwork. Going home to get in the pool with my DS and then going to class tonight.

                        Happy Humpday STAC

                        I am really dragging today. I have been feeling tired in the morning. I am not sleeping well. I have been having pain in my upper back and it goes down my arm and makes my elbow throb. I am thinking about asking for a steriod pack. This has been going on for 3-4 weeks now. Plus the knee and the low back were sore yesterday. I ended up helping my co-worker clean out and go through one of our storage units. Then I went hiking I was sore before I left for hiking and even worse when I finished. I stopped taking the anti inflamitory about 2 weeks ago and started taking SAMe (I think I was getting an ulcer). Another week and the SAMe should be built up in my system and I should start feeling the benefits.

                        The good news is that I found a vita mix blender in the storage unit. It is older. I sent it with my husband to see if he can fix it. It has some damage to the frame- I was afraid to plug it in.

                        I am also retaining water. I can feel it. I weighed myself yesterday and I am up a few so I need to figure out where that is coming from.

                        Welcome back Cheribaby.

                        TJ stop your complaining . You will be back to the picture of health soon. Welcome back dude!

                        Kelly I hope the weather holds for you. It is absolutely beautiful here so far this spring. Have a good trip/cruise.

                          Hey ya'll.
                          Back on the wagon. I posted on monday saying how i was starting on June 22... but got on the scale and realized I was heavier than I thought so started right then and there... (monday afternoon!) So have had one full day of induction and lost 2 lbs already. gotta love it huh? It's gonna be a long road though...
