I'm beginning day four and the induction flu is kicking in unfortunately. Its not that I'm sick I just don't feel much like eating... I do make sure I'm getting enough carbs and fats, ect. Should I be working out today with resistance training since I don't feel good? I work an 8 hour night shift tonight and I don't get done until 11 and I am on my feet 99% of that time. Thanks for the help and support everyone. I know I can make it through this.

Re: Today I Woke Up And I Don't Feel That Great
I did my resistance training last Saturday through the induction flu, but asked my trainer to take it easy on me. Of course I didn't tell him I was doing Atkins, but I did tell him that I was feeling a little under the weather. Don't worry...it won't last long. Thanks for all your support!!

Re: Today I Woke Up And I Don't Feel That Great
I remember that it didn't last long but it still kicks my butt. I did feel a bit better after I ate some breakfast even though I had to force myself to take that first bite.
I may just go to the gym after all. I really need to tone up my arms. I just haven't decided yet.31/F/5'7"
