I went to work today for the first time since re starting this way of eating and I made it through those 8 hours eating clean. I ate more than maybe i wanteed to but nothing bad. I had a hot dog with a little sourkraut, (no bun) mustard and a tiny bit of onion and cheese. A little while later I was hungry again so I had a half a kosher dill pickle and some cheese. I'm not sure how to count the pickle though. It said it had one carb but it didn't list dietary fiber. When I looked at the ingredients there was no sugar or corn syrup. My mom said I should not count the pickle because of the fiber it should have listed. Anyhow a few hours after the pickle I had my leftover mushroom, bacon, swiss burger and boy was it good. Now I'm getting ready for bed but thought I'd update first. I work tomorrow at 5 but I think I'll go to the gym. I ended up not going today because I didn't feel that good and I felt run down, thank god I didn't go because I was slammed at work and spent the whole shift on the run.
