So I've been doing Atkins for nearly 6 weeks and have lost a total of 21 pounds!!! I lost 15 of that on Induction and the other 6 in the 2 weeks following in extended Induction. For the last week and a half I've kinda been having the daily fluctuations of up a pound down a pound or 2 and then back up. I'm eating clean w/no cheats and I know that the fluctuations are normal.
However, I would like to get the ball rolling again!
To those of you who lose steadily every week, even in small amounts, I would like some tips/advice on how you keep the inferno going! What types of exercise are you doing, and how often? What level of Atkins are you doing? I'm considering moving to OWL rung 1.
