    So it begins again! I'm so excited to be back on the enlightened path. I'm going in to work for a few hours then shopping for large quantities of meat.

        Having a hard time getting going this AM. Have a list of things to do so I need to get moving! DH is home so he gets half of the list!

          It is a wonderful Saturday indeed!!

          TJ, I'm so happy you're back and getting into the groove again! It is worth EVERY effort!

          I had such a wonderful Friday, the rest of the weekend CANNOT be that bad!

              Hello! Day three for me and things are going great! I have already lost weight but I am not posting it until the end of induction. Have a great day all.

                Better late than never. I forgot to post this am. When I got back from hiking there was a stray dog at my house. We had to take care of him and find his owner. Then I had to get supplies for the dinner menu tonight.

                BBQ- NY Strips, Chicken, Grilled Vegis (squash, onions, mushrooms). Yummy stuff.

                I won't be by tomorrow. I am leaving very early for a group hike.
