  • Suggestions?

    I am looking for advice and opinions regarding an exercise quandary. I am trying to figure out if in the morning when I get up and go to walk my mile, is it better to have breakfast before leaving or after I return?
    ALL STATS PUT ON HOLD! I AM PREGNANT! AFTER 8 YEARS OF TTC, FAILURE OF FERTILITY TREATMENTS AND MANY OTHER METHODS, I FINALLY CONCEIVED COMPLETELY BY SURPRISE!

    Have read that exercising on an empty stomach is best, but play around with it and see what works for you. I find that I have to have my coffee first, but some people might get queasy from just coffee on an empty stomach.

      If you feel you have the energy then do the walk on an empty stomach will be better but if your hungary have a light breakfast take a bottle of water with you.Good luck.
