I am looking for advice and opinions regarding an exercise quandary. I am trying to figure out if in the morning when I get up and go to walk my mile, is it better to have breakfast before leaving or after I return?

Have read that exercising on an empty stomach is best, but play around with it and see what works for you. I find that I have to have my coffee first, but some people might get queasy from just coffee on an empty stomach.aka..."Alexis"
