    Mondays are the pits & then add in the rain & a busy day in the OR & I'm wishing I could go back to bed!

    On a more positive note have a wonderful day STACer's & be good to yourself. Don't forget your H20 & get the body moving!

    Present today at 11.34am in england.HAPPY MONDAY to all hope all is well with you all having a lazy day today no exercise other than the half an hour walk i did am thats enough for today.

      Morning ladies!! Running late on Monday as usual!! Have to get to the kitchen for parmesan chicken, broccoli and pumpkin fluff stuff to take to work!

      Have a wonderful day even though it's MONDAY! I'm a Monday hater too and I've got trouble at the office so it should be fabulous!

        Good morning all. I got some good news. I'm finally under 200 lbs. Not by much, but I'm no longer two hundred-something. Thank you everybody for your advice and encouragement in helping me get to this point.

            Good morning all! Induction is going fabulous. I can't wait until tomorrow when my breath and pee get stinky. I can already feel the energy returning. I pre cooked for the week, so I have no excuses. I have a bunch of chicken thighs that I slow cooked in tequila lime marinade, a boston butt, and some smoked pork chops. Life is good.

              Good morning ya'll! Or, it seems to afternoon for most of you already! I am a southern girl originally from Mississippi but living in Kentucky right so, either way, it's still morning here for us!

              Sorry it's monday for most. It's just another everyday day for me. But, I don't work. guess that gives me plenty of time to devote to planning what I eat and staying clean. (Or being preoccupied with what I can't eat maybe? LOL)

                Happy Monday STAC'ers

                I am tired today. I had a very long day yesterday. I did pretty well with my eating though. I may have gone over on my vegis but no biggie.

                I think I have a internet sales meeting today (yuck). This means I am suppose to sit at my computer for several hours. Th last one was horrid.

                I will try to check back later.

                  Good Morning Everyone,

                  I am entering my 6th day of induction. The last two days have been hard as I am battling fatigue and brain fog. I hope it lifts pretty soon. It is hard to me to feel like this I usually have a lot of energy. I did manage to get 30 minutes in on the treadmill this morning.

                    I just wanted to add too how proud I was of myself on Saturday and Sunday. I had to bake cookies for our Sunday School end of year party and I did not try one of the cookies not Saturday when I was making them and not Sunday when they were sitting on the table with all the other little goodies surrounding them. This is a first!

                        I was bad.. All weekend.. Didn't think twice. I did relay for life with my company. We were the top fundraisers and raised over 20k. That wasn't corporate sponsorship. I walked 8-9pm and did 2.5 miles. I was hoping to do 3 but I had fun hanging with my managers at our site. I'm back on the bandwagon today after seeing a number on my scale that I hated. For bfast I had eggs and sausage. For lunch I had a grilled chicken cobb salad and I'm eating the rest for dinner now. BTW I work 10-7pm so I think eating at work will be the best thing for me!
