I have come back to atkins way of eating after 10months off plan. I mananged to lose most of my weight last time, i just had a few pounds left too lose, but my weight had not changed for months and i got really bored as i ended up eating the same things, i even got sick of eating salad and i have gone off brocolli for ever.
So over the last 10 months i have put on all the weight i had lost, around 24lbs, which i now want to get off and the only way i know how is to follow the atkins plan.
I am currently on day 3 of induction and so far so good, i know once ive completed induction it will get easier. This time i plan to try more new foods and recepies to keep it interesting, i also need more salad dressings, i cant do oil and vinger and i went off mayo. I think ive got induction flu as i work up today feelin a bit sick, and with a horrid taste in my mouth and i my energy levels feel quite low. I walk 4 miles a day and usually its a breeze but yesterday i really struggled.
I have a wedding to go to in about 5 weeks time so im hoping ive dropped a dress size by then, and i have a few parties in August so i have a few goals to aim for.
I think i will take some photos and measurments today and do them again in a months time to see the difference.
Im going out to dinner tomorrow, which im quite worried about, as this is when i have slip ups, and i dont want to ruin all my hard work, i find it hard to eat right when im out and about. Its a greek resturant so i think i can get away with meat and salad, and i will have grilled prawns for starters.
