Hi everyone! Well here I am again, some may remember me, but I don't know. I was going strong on extended induction for a good 4-5 months, starting last december, and lost 55lbs! Yay! I was very happy. I am still happy, since I havn't gained anything back! So the deal was, I just got a little tired of not having fruit, and cheat days every once and a awile. I was scared stiff that if I go off the Atkins, then I would gain it all back. But, I had to change to see what would happen if I eat very healthy in another way, ie; tons of fruit and veggies, and very little meats/grains/treats. So that is what I did, and I have been working out about 3-4 days a week. I am happy to say that I did not gain any weight, but have not lost more then 3lbs. SO...that being said, I want to go back to this WOE so that I can keep on trekking on becomeing the hottie I was on such a strict mission on being just a couple of months ago!!! Here I come, better watch out!
