So I began reading a new book: When Food is Love; exploring the relationship between eating and intamacy by Geneen Roth - it has really been motivational and a slice of reality and perspective for me. I am VERY back "on"
Just wondering if anyone else has read it and if you need some thinking on why some of us stop and start and gain and loose over and over again, I think it's been a good journey.
Incidentally, this week is my 1 year Atkins anneversary. I am up a few from my ticker (I should update that) But in the last year I have lost and maintained a 98lb weight loss. I know I can drop the extra few I gained from my "fallen" spring with support and continued efforts to address my relationship with food and my life.
I am really appreciative of this board and all the support here!
