heya! i am rg...and i am a second-timer

. i lost a nice amount of weight a few years back by following the atkins plan, and then decided to get pregnant. well, my son is about to be two, and i am ready to get these extra pounds off of me. i'm aiming to lose 55 lbs; this will put me into the "normal" bmi range; "normal" clothing sizes; and into a more healthy body.
i've tried to start again a couple of time in the last month or so but somehow the want wasn't really there. the words were...but the action wasn't. well, now it is. there are no more excuses - i've been living in london uk for almost a year - i've already lost some weight from walking and the lack-of-fast-food change in my diet - now i'm ready to step it up and get it done.
so, here i am again - doing it for ME. word!
