    Alright, ya'll...I'm back to posting! Great morning to all of you STACer's!!

    I'm dancing today!! Finally reached a goal I've been working on for six full months--TODAY!! Going over to the celebration forum in a few. Have to update my numbers first!

    Hope all of you have a wonderful Sunday!

    Good morning everyone.. Well yesterday I celebrated my 40th birthday..It was a wonderful day.. Unfortunately I got a terrible picture of me and I really need to get back into losing weight again.. But I need to motivate myself to CONTINUE to lose weight and not get frustrated and quit..

    Think today I will make a plan....and some menu's and hopefully I would be able to stick to it better that way...

    Its just been really hard with working the job that I have...I have to snack a lot...because its hard to eat a real meal....

      Ever~~Congrats on your goal!

      Sandy~~I frequently have days were all I don't get a lunch break & snack in between my OR cases. So make sure you pack plenty of snack foods which in the long run make up your meal! I bring cut up veggies & meat/cheese rolls. Good luck.

        Good Morning everyone! It's day 14 for me! The last day of induction. It feels so good to have made it I am really proud of myself! Last night I was having crazy dreams about going on a binge of sweets cause induction was over... with full intentions of getting back on track. I'll tell you the dream seemed so real I was so relieved to wake up and realize that I hadn't just thrown all my hard work out the window!

        Well I am off to have breakfast and start drinking that water....I mean it's not gonna drink itself!!!

            Here and on plan, but I cheated yesterday for the first time in 20 days on the plan. I had six cream cheese mints at a baby shower. I feel stupid, and of course, they knocked my ketostix out of the pink.
            Hopefully I'll be back by the end of the day and on track for another serious induction two weeks. Bleh.

              That is how it is at my work.. When I work 3-8 I just munch...because its been hard to have time to eat anything.. Do you just use Deli meat and cheese and roll it..do you have anything you add to it to make it filling and yummy?

                Great job, ever losing, I will have to check out your celebrations post.

                I am here, checking in. Had a big party at my house last night and managed to stay on focus for the most part. A slight slip, but only a bite really before I remembered!

                I wish grocery stores were open today. I like to shop and prepare foods on Sundays for the week, but here I have to think ahead on Saturdays and with the party, I forgot.

                what the rungs mean to me:
                rung 1 - more veggies
                rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                rung 4 - berries, melon
                rung 5 - wine -
                rung 6 - beans, hummus
                rung 7 - other fruits
                rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                (on to pre-maintenance)

                  I'll add a piece of red pepper, sometimes use cream cheese instead of sliced cheese, Mt. Olive sugar free pickle, mayo or dijon mustard. Get creative!

                    hello everyone,
                    Im here on day 12 of my induction, ive just had a lovely meal of stuffed peppers and salad, followed by some ruhbarb and cream. Ive been looking around the site for exciting receipes and found a really nice looking receipe for courgette/zuchini fries which im going to try out tomorrow. Im on a mission to try as many new atkins friendly dishes as i can, as i dont want to get stuck in a rut eating the same things over and over again, which is what happened last time, i got so sick of eating i ended up falling off plan

                      Thanks..see I am not very creative and I wouldn't have done that...lol We have lots of peppers growing in the garden too

                        Im a day late as its monday but anyway hope everyone enjoyed sunday the scales finally moved for me on sunday and i started the 170's as im 178.6 so lucky sunday i'd say!
