      Well I don't work until 2 today so I can sit and chat...lol Still gearing myself up to get ready to start.. Of course I got chocolate in the mail yesterday for a belated birthday present...lol

            Good morning,

            I was 224.8 this morning, go back under 225. I need to not let my self get back above 225. I was back in ketosis this morning, and have a whole day of atkins friendly foods lined up.

            I am super sore today from working out last night.

              Good Morning.
              Had a 2.5 whooshi this morning. yeah. I'll take it.
              All that walking yesterday, relaxing in the jacuzzi, stretching, H2O drinking, atkins strictness is paying off. down 7 lbs from last week. feels good.

                    Hello Everybody!

                    I'm doing great and feeling great! On plan and loving it!

                    Sandy your post about chocolate made me remember a dream I had about chocolate....In my dream I was buying my mom some new chocolate I had found and thought I would try one when I gave it to her...then I thought well, why don't I just get a whole pack for myself so I did...I got myself a whole pack... I know I was going to eat that chocolate and get back on track the next day....but I also know how much of a hard time I have getting back on track so the last thing I remember is feeling like I really shouldn't cheat but I was going to anyways....ugh...not a good feeling!

                    This is the second dream I have had about cheating and I am always so thankful that they were just dreams... This dream really makes me remember how quickly "one little bite" can really spiral things out of control for me....

                    OK I guess I have babbled on for long enough...have a great legal day! I have th e day off and I am going to search YouTube for a decent exercise video....any suggestions????

                      Happy Tuesday STAC'ers.

                      I had a long and painfull weekend and was super busy yesterday. I started on a 4 day pack of steroids hoping to calm my upper back down. It seems to be working. However I was incredibly hungry yesterday right after my first dose. I was off plan a little over the weekend but not terrible. I am 1 day away from Ketosis (I think). Being on a fishing boat for 12 hours with limited food was a bad idea. The people we went with were suppose to bring all the food. I packed my own cooler for the day. However the people all drank alot the night before our trip and didn't quite pack the main food very well so I had to share my good food with every one.... I ended up eating a sandwich once we were of the boat (Reuben with fries).... 12 hours of fishing and I was insane with hunger.

                      Then I screwed my self with a slice of cheesecake. My firend sent over some cheesecake and for a day I was fine but the cravings got to me last night and I had a littte..... My fridge and pantry are bare so today (payday finally) I am going to stock up again. I am going to do 3-4 days of induction and then stay on rung 2 for a week or so. I am busy but I need to put myself ahead and try to get myself back under control.

                        evening all!

                        Its been another scorcher here in London, its 8.50pm in the evening and very pleasant. Im on day 14 of induction, im excited to weigh and re-measure myself tomorrow. As its been so hot ive been drinking loads of water, ive forced myself to eat 3 meals today, as i have no appetite, but they were on the small side, but that is better than nothing i guess.

                        Heres hoping for a good loss on the scales tomorrow!

                          I keep forgetting to roll call, but am here and mostly on plan. I had one corn chip at lunch. I wasn't thinking when I put it in my mouth.

                            Good evening STACer's! I am here, as I am most days, even when I don't do roll call. I am flowing along quite smoothly and as confident as ever.

                            Starr, You made me laugh. I keep having dreams about cheating too! And, the most memorable one was involving taking a bite of a piece of candy that I just could not resist which led to me caving and totally crashing on candy the whole day long. I woke up with such a distraught feeling because I thought I was waking up to ruin of my eating. I was relieved when I realized it was a dreamed but still disturbed through the rest of the day at how real it had felt. I have been so determined because, I too struggle with getting back on track after a cheat. And I am always one to "justify" why "this one little cheat" won't hurt. I am so glad to be doing well this time without the little slips here and there. I made my mistake this go round and didnt let it get me down or hold me back the next day.

                            Tonight we are having roasted lamb, grilled portabello mushrooms, and salad. I am drooling already!
                            ALL STATS PUT ON HOLD! I AM PREGNANT! AFTER 8 YEARS OF TTC, FAILURE OF FERTILITY TREATMENTS AND MANY OTHER METHODS, I FINALLY CONCEIVED COMPLETELY BY SURPRISE!
