    Happy hump day, STACer's!! ROUGH week at work! I'm glad to be half way to the weekend!

      Yes! Im so excited july is here and next week it will be my year on atkins anniversary and my bday too as I started on my bday july 7th.Have a lovely wednesday all!

          Good Morning Everyone.. It has been so Hot.. I hate the heat.. I like 70-75 year round.. Any ideas where I can move?..lol

          Working 8 to 1 today, then meeting a friend for lunch.. We are celebrating my birthday from last Saturday and her birthday from yesterday. Then we are going shopping.. she needs a bathing suit.. IF my paycheck came in yesterdays mail I am going to get me one more Capri set for the summer...

          My friend and I both are going to get on track really soon for weightloss..her cholesterol came back super high and she is miserable with her weight.. So we will have each other to help each other. Not sure what plan she is doing though.

          My husband bought a bunch of packs of hamburger.5lbs for like $2 each They come in the rolls. Well he got them really cheap so he stuck them in the Freezer. I took one yesterday and cooked it and divided it into 3 meals...and now I have already ready ground beef in the freezer.. a quick thaw and throw it together with something and I have a meal...

            I am down to 223.6 and am showing pink on the stick. I have around 67 days until my wedding, , I should be looking good ready for jamaica by then.

              hello all,
              well today i moved onto OWL after finishing my 2 week induction. Dont know how im gonna eat more veggies at the moment, as we are having a heatwave here in London and its too hot to eat.
              Ive joined a couple of the July challenges to help the weight come off and to tone up, they should help keep me motivated too.

                Here. On plan. Purple stick this morning. Ran out of time to pack a meal this morning, so lunch should be interesting. I'll see what I can scrounge up.

                  Hiya - Only Day 1 for me here but I certainly qualify to be a STA'er. I've done this WOE many times before - well, I say I've "done" it, but never really counted everything or paid attention to ingredients, so that's not a fair statement. Anyhow, I'm committed this time to logging everything, eating real food, and checking in often. Oh, and being patient.

                      Well, all's well in hopejoy land... keeping on keeping on getting ready to walk the dog and have a great day today. Made a big califlower and chicken casserole yesterday and a meatloaf. It was all good and have leftovers for 'a while'. Working the next two evenings and hoping it's not horrible.

                      onward, downward, forward... just another day in paradise!

                        Good afternoon everyone. I am here, accounted for, and admitting that right now I am eating some super salty snacks! I will probably regret it in the morning, but its all I wanted. I had a breakfast of turkey, tomato, and spinach omelette, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 slices of bacon. I was not able to finish it. I was shocked. I ate half of it and just HAD to push it away. Then lunch time came and went and my stomach just lurched at the thought of eating something. So, I have settled in to 5 cheese crisps (made from parmasen reggiano), 10 slices presliced pepperoni, and one dill pickle. Yeah....alllllll that sodium!

                        I have been craving greasy, fatty things. For instance, chicken isn't even appealing ot me right now, but I keep thinking about hamburgers. No, I don't mean on the bun and all, but wrapped in lettuce with some mayo, pickle, and tomato, and cheese. Mmmmm. Funny thing is I had one last friday, Monday afternoon, and yesterday afternoon. Then, when I went to the store today I bought MORE stuff to have MORE burgers! LOL What's up with me?

                        Anywhoo, the scale is still at 12 lbs this morning. But, I am feeling fine! Happy day everyone.

                          Just checking in here. I am doing great and showing pink on the stick, so I am happy. Weight in moving down right now which is so awesome. I am really excited to see the scale moving. I am happy to have checked in because now I am going over to see the exercise challenges. It sounds great. Probably need to up the exercise a bit about now.
