    Good morning, STACer's!! I'm here...and on plan! Totally stuck with my weight but in the midst of being extremely busy and stressed so maintaining and not gaining is a gift.

    No real celebrating going on this weekend. I'm working hard to get my mother moved out of her house. I'm working even harder to find space at my place to keep some of my father's things I'm not ready to throw out. Stressful weekend. Stressful month. Glad to maintain!

    Hope you're all staying on plan and not too tempted to jump to rung 5 this weekend unless you've already worked your way there!! Have fun and be safe this weekend!!

    I'm here and on plan also. I've lost 4 lbs. in 3 weeks by just giving up completely on Rung 3. I don't ever want to go back there because that is my weak spot.

    There's nothing happening here today but tomorrow will be a combo BBQ and birthday party so I've planned a good Atkins food list for myself that will help keep me out of the pineapple torte I'm making. Wish me luck because it's one of my favorites!

    I hope you all have a happy and healthy 4th!

      Good morning...I am still gearing up for my restart... My plans were for Sunday...But I am not quite sure yet.. One thing I do look forward to is the energy I get.. Yesterday I took my daughter..her boyfriend, his brother and his 2 sisters to the pool.. I was WORN out.. I don't know how I will have energy to handle my own grandkid soon!

        You are all such inspirations. I'm here and in the pink after a small cheat last night. I ate two bite-size pieces of artisan chocolate.
        But, the good news is I stopped at two small bites and even though they made me crave sweets the remainder of the evening, I resisted.

              I here! And it's been over a week and I haven't lost any weight....I think I need to eat more! I need to really start making food ahead of the time so that I can just grab something.....well I've got lots of things to make for a BBQ! Have a great day everyone!

                Hiya
                Its a bit cooler here in London today, and im still on plan and feeling good about things. Ive joined a few of the exercise challenges this month which should keep me busy.

                  Happy 4th of July!
                  Still on track this is day 9 for me. Not scale hopping right now. Supposed to go to the neighbor's to watch fireworks. (dinner/dessert) thinking I'll eat before I leave so I won't be hungry and screw up. Also have to be oncall for work so I might get called in.??

                  have a terrible crick in my neck which is causing me lots of pain. Can't wait to see the Chiropractor on monday to fix it.

                    Happy 4th of July everyone! It's been about a month since I posted, so I thought I'd drop in to say hello! I'm closing in on 25 lbs lost and I find that I'm finally not obsessed with my weight. I'm sure it's just a phase. I'm not losing quickly, but I am losing. And that's enough to make me happy. In my mind I'm about 1/4 of the way through my journey, and I'm just so happy to be here!

                    If you're reading this and you're wavering about whether or not to start back up -- just do it! It's hard, but it's so worth it!

                    I hope everyone is doing well and celebrating their independence from bad eating habits and pounds already gone!
