    Congratulations.. Quiet list today..everybody must be partied out...

    I for one had a lousy 4th of July.. Big family blow up but this time they turned on MY son and I am NOT having it.. I am done done done going to family events. They bashed my sons girlfriend too and boy am I ticked..

    So I have been taking that anger and cleaning today and focusing on getting myself back on track.. Off to fix me something legal for a late lunch I am hungry!

      Good Morning! I've been off the computer for a week or so. It's time to get back in the routine. Good news is I haven't been off plan, just plain busy. Hope that all of you have a great week. I have a college age friend of my daughters washing windows this morning. It will feel good to have that chore out of the way and doubly good to have someone else do it for a change. Eva

          Good evening everyone. I am present and lowcarbing all the way! Yesterday had a wonderful family get together. We had a crawfish boil, which I assume is within plan, as it is a "shellfish" I think, and I only munched on 5 or 6. I also grilled portobello mushroom, grilled squash, and hamburger patties with provolone cheese melted on it.

          I am away on vacation for a week. Staying with my mom for the week and then off to my dad's side of the family for a family reunion next weekend. Have no intentions of cheating. I have withstood the temptations of cupcakes, brownies, chips & dips, sodas and sweet teas, potatoes, and corn....and so much more that I can't think of off hand. I am happy, content, and satisfied with my food choices right now. I have splurged and had some artificial sweetners in my tea and a diet rootbeer this morning to sway some sweets cravings.

          I am completing my first month at the end of this week and exstatic that I have made it this far. Fortunately but unfortunately I have NO ACCESS to my scale or measuring tape until I return home. Being addicted to weighing myself as I am, I am disappointed that I can't follow my weightloss. But it will make that surprise of a week's loss all that more satisfying.

          I may not be around too much for the next week. But keep in mind....I WILL be on plan!

              Oh im so off the plan after a cheating moment I do hope I get back on soon.Stayed at home all weekend just in a lazy sort of mood i guess its the carbs energy is down not enjoying this way at all.

                Hello all

                Im on plan and enjoyin my food. Wednesday is weigh day for me, and im looking forward to what the scale has to say. My arms are killing me today though, as ive joined up to do the push up challenge this month, and i went for the burn yesterday!
