    Well, it appears to be an extremely slow day. It's fairly late in the day here and no roll call to speak of! ****, good afternoon. I am present and accounted for. Had 2 hebrew national hotdogs for breakfast, as nothing else was available. Then a lunch of salad and 7 nonbreaded buffalo wings.

    Hope everyone is well.
    ALL STATS PUT ON HOLD! I AM PREGNANT! AFTER 8 YEARS OF TTC, FAILURE OF FERTILITY TREATMENTS AND MANY OTHER METHODS, I FINALLY CONCEIVED COMPLETELY BY SURPRISE!

    Good Evening.. I could have sworn I wrote in a roll call this morning.. Must have been in my dreams..

    Well I have had a good day..not a perfect day yet...but that is okay because my goal was to go cold turkey tomorrow... And besides..my son invited me over for dinner..not knowing that I started low carbing again...and he said we were having tacos.. but when I got there we had rice, and this skillet meal with chicken, vegetable and noodles...

          Was a rainy miserable day I went out to get my birthday cake as kids insisted i had to have one.

            I'm here. Forgot to roll call yesterday and Sunday, too. I tried a great recipe I found on this site last night, and my hubby even liked it.
            I haven't been as stringent as I should the last few days. I didn't cheat, (I don't think) just didn't keep track. I sort of guesstimated on serving size and only ate induction friendly foods, though I've moved on to OWL.
            We'll see how the scale responds, I guess. but I feel more secure when I keep better track. Then at least if the scale doesn't move, I can look back and see what I may have done wrong!
