    Good Morning STACers!!

    I am up early and roaring to go this morning Looking forward to getting a good walk in before we head out for a nice long Saturday Morning drive

    On plan and feeling great! I've cleaned up my menu this week and have seen some movement on the scale again! YAY Finally! Only 10 lbs to go to reach my lowest weight in 7 years and almost halfway to my goal. I am really proud of myself for getting this far.

    I bought a new bathing suit for vacation yesterday... Lucky for everyone at the beach... I havent been in one in hmm 6 years LOL

    I hope everyone has a fabulous Saturday - drink your water and watch your carbs!

    Good Morning Everyone! I started in a thread that we must have posted at the same time so I will post here too...

    Well I have made some decisions in my life. I am going to continue working on me...get these feet better and go back to school. I decided that I do not want to work at the job I am for what I get paid for the rest of my life.

    So I have to remember that and continue to work on me. I can do it!

    Working today 3-8. I think I am going to fix a BLT Salad to take with me to work

      Hi all,

      Haven't been posting regularly but still here and on plan. My weight has been stuck at 156.5 for two months, so this week I am starting an intense exercise routine in order to get the scale to move. I hate exercise but am going to give it a shot, will keep you all posted!!

        Second day of restarting induction. Excersised my butt off yesterday, hope to go for a long and quite walk today.

          Yeah sandy!

          I have a Blue Star Mother's Meeting at 10 and then work from 1-11.
          Still on plan, haven't weighed in a few days. last check down 7 lbs.
          Eating a yummy scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa for breakie.

            2nd day cheat free. Despite the wicked H/A it feels good to be off the carb slippery slope.

              My finance and I went for a 3 mile walk this morning. I am 220.8 this morning. 220 is so close.

              I am headed to a BBQ this afternoon. I have my michelobe ultra beer and no potato salad for me, lol.

                Hello

                Im here and still on plan, next wednesday will be 4 weeks of no carbs!! Its gone so quick for me. Ive just had a lovely dinner of Cheese Taco's filled with savoury mince and Salad. I found the Taco recepie on the board and throughly recomend it!

                  Hi there, I am here.......Starting day 3...I went ahead and weighed myself and I have lost 5 pounds! I even ate out for dinner both nights! I had steak and salad the first time and Fajita's with no tortilla's for mexican night! So I feel like I am on track and getting through my first few days of cravings disappearing! hehe I WILL MAKE IT!!

                    Hate to tell you this but beer/alcohol isn't allowed per Induction rules. Alcohol is Rung 5 per Dr. Atkins' plan.
