Good Morning Everyone..... I am up early because my daughter is working at 6:30 this morning and I would go crawl back in the bed but my husband is snoring..so its not like I will go back to sleep 
Today is weigh day for me and I am down 8lbs
2lbs to go to reach my first goal.
I still need to figure out something for me to eat at work...I ate Chicken Salad yesterday but that wasn't really satisfying .. I have tried eating lunch meat...had some turkey... But that doesn't really satisfy me either.. Its hard eating a Salad there too.... When I work at 3...I eat a filling meal for lunch...so really need something lighter for dinner...
