    Good Morning! Am I the only one that gets up way to early when I don't have to?...

    I am off work today...but have plenty to do around the house. I have been cleaning out my son's room since he moved out two months ago and am working on putting my daughter in there because its bigger then her room. We are even going to replace the carpet but what a mess it is. He left so much crap and I am making him go through it and keep what he wants at his house and the rest is going to the thrift store.

    I have two boxes for my shed like his trophy's and such because he doesn't have room for those.

    Yesterday I was working all day long on and off..I had the munchies...don't know why you would think I wouldn't while I was being busy. I hope today is better.

    I don't want to go back to work after having a mini vacation. Slept well last night & feel rested this AM. Today is day 4 of clean eating.

      I am here but horrified, still in shock and grieving. (See long post in my journal this morning.) I'm off plan until Wednesday and then back to induction. Take care, all.

        Good morning all! I am bak after being away for a LONG time. I really need this. I have not been good at sticking to much lately. I am 29 years old, married, 2 daughters, and trying to be an avid runner. I'm not doing well on my training. Today I hve a lot to do since its my short work day. I have to run and try to lift weights, tons of house work and try my darndest to get in a clean induction day 1.

          I was off plan a little last night, I ate a bowl of cereal but back on today. Yesterday was the day from h___, everything that could go wrong, did. A can of soda fell off a shelf in the pantry and exploded covering the walls and shelves in a sugar shower, a hot casserole spilled all over me on the way to lunch, the worst haircut of my life and a million other little things. It was just one of 'those' days! But it's over now and I'm back on track.

              OK I am here. I am going to spend the day reading DANDR 2002 AGAIN I have got to get this right soon. I need some induction menus that i can follow to a T i think. I can't afford the meat he calls for in his recipes especially twice a day. But boy sure would love that lobster .
              I am off to check induction menus here and see if I can't find some that help. I get sick of eggs eggs eggs

                Everlosing, hang in there. I will go see what's going on in your journal.

                Well, I'm here... I work part time, but am working 5 in a row. (Three 8 hour shifts, and 2 10 hour shifts) am half way through. Need to get off the couch, go work out and then make breakfast... I haven't weighed in a few days, as work usually causes a lb or two gain so what's the point of being depressed. I think it's the water wt or maybe stress. Anyways, it's okay.

                Hoping I get a letter from my son today from bootcamp. I want to know what's going on. He was the guide last week, but they went through 5 already, so hoping he didn't screw up or get fired. I'm sure it's tough.

                Have a wonderful day today... stop and smell the roses.

                  Well, I just went and put on my workout clothes and noticed I felt a little smaller so I stepped on the scale and see Ilost another lb. yah!!! -8 lbs now.

                    I was back up to 222.8 this morning. I was 219 yesterday but was severly dehydrated from the night before. Hopefully I can get under 220 tomorrow or Wednesday and make it stick.

                      Ok, I've never looked in this area until I came back this last time. I'd like to start checking in here now as well for a bit more support. I don't know if there is a 7th time around club, but that is more like where I should be. I do have a journal in Journal Chats section & that is where I update all the time. I'll be popping in here for advice on sticking with it!

                          Smooth first half of the first day of induction. This time around, I think I'll try it Dr. Atkin's way ( meaning eating vegetables) and look for some recipes for a few weeks down the line when I cannot stand to think of another egg for breakfast. This morning I came across a corned beef hash recipe that substituted frozen radish for potato. These kind of resources were not available the last time i tried Atkins.
