Good morning, fellow STACer's!! I've been back on the wagon since Thursday following my grandfather's death and the funeral events. I'm sooooo relieved. I watched the scale go from 168 to 175. Freaked me out. Today, I'm back down to 168. Good to know I can leave home though and still find my way back!! I stocked the fridge with friendly foods and I'm chasing down my goal again. Hope you're all doing great!

EverLosing:
great work on getting right back on the wagon..the nice thing about here is that the group all wait for you and help you up on it all the time..
Well I had a wonderful bacon and egg breakfast with a revolutionary roll for my toast. just a little pepper and NoSalt on the eggs. I am going to try making the induction friendly cheese cake today. My hubby loves cheesecake so I figure I will have to share
He really needs to lose as well and if I can at least cut down on some of his carbs it can't hurt. He won't do Atkins because he said he just could not substatute cauliflower or turnip for potato. He is just to set in his ways..I told him maybe check out the South Beach diet. It is low carb isn't it??
well tomorrow is weigh in day and also Have to do my measurements as well. LOL a few prayers would not go amiss today for me...
But I do feel so much better and the extra energy has kicked in and I even got a moderate on the wee ketostix last night
I hope you all have a great STAC today..

I'm back from my camping trip. Two nights in the woods... But back home, back on plan, and ready to kick butt....Restarted July 10 2009

Re: Sunday Roll Call, July 19
Good evening.. I worked 9 to 5:30 today..was pretty hungry for dinner... I had plans to fix Pizza Chicken.. But I had to go get my sick daughter..and then go by my sons house and give his girlfriend a birthday present... So I just got home and had some hotdogs.. I don't normally eat them...
For lunch today I look lettuce leaves, couple slices of turkey, red peppers and Cream cheese and rolled them up..it was pretty good... The cream cheese is what made me feel satisfied.. Next time I am going to have some of the better lettuce..this time I just had Iceberg...

Re: Sunday Roll Call, July 19
Hey everyone! Summer is winding down. I have two more weeks before I have to go back to the salt mines. (I know you all feel really sorry for me, don't you.)
Anyway, I'm headed to Florida on Tuesday for a few days with some friends.
Everything is just ticking along!! Glad to see everyone. I'll surely be more alert when the summer vacation is over.
