Good morning, STACer's!! I'm down 1.5 lbs to my lowest weight!! Goal is really close and so is lowering my goal! I'm really excited things are moving with a stress level that's out of this world! Keep at it and stay on plan. It's so worth it!!

WoW Ev, you are doing so well! Im so motivated by your post right now, as i fell off the wagon on saturday at a wedding, but you are a shinning example of what happens if we stick with the plan!
Ive managed to get back on track, im going to do a mini induction until the end of the week then get back to my rung 2.

Well I am down 5.6 pounds my first week.
I feel fantastic and so much energy. I am off now to get a good breaky and lots of water. My goal this week is to meet or beat that loss for next week. ( one can always hope)
I have a great big blister on the sole of my foot so it is going to be hard to go for a walk but I will try to figure out something.

Hang in there Ever! I'm so glad you have been able to stick to plan even with all your stress. Staying on plan is so worth it - I think it probably helps a bit, knowing what you are supposed to eat. I don't think I am putting this well, but Atkins is a definite way of eating; not like when I previously dieted, where I spent more time thinking about what I could not have. Now I think about what I can have, seems to be easier for some reason. Anyway, great job - and I will be sending positive thoughts your way. Eva

Hello all. I am here and on plan. Traveling tomorrow and will be finding places that do breakfast all day so I can have my eggs and sausage without a second thought of all the other goodies I could but won't have...Restarted July 10 2009

Hi all. Still here. Had too much mock danish two days ago and gained the weight I had lost in the first week. I am really one of those people who gain from any and all artificial sweeteners I think since the days I had any sugar free gum, I stalled. I am gonna do two weeks with no artificial sweetener and then maybe try something small. This way if it still affects me I will 1) know it for sure and 2) not gain a lot back before cutting it out. I may find that I can never have any but hopefully that is not the case. I was so proud of learning the recipe for the mock danish. For those of who do not stall easily, it was pretty tasty.Day 1 7/9/09 205.5
