    Hello to all,

    I am back from Vegas and back on the plan. I was only 221.8 this morning which is only a pound heavier than when I left, so I will take that as a victory. Vegas is crazy it is like a party 24/7.

    welcome back - get back on track with a few days on induction to get back into keotsis then go back to the Rung you were on when you left.

        I was really busy all day today so forgot to check in this thread. I had a great day with lots of walking in. I had to reorganize my cupboard drawers today as my cat figured out how to open the bottom on where his treats where. I have to move them up a lot higher. I was sitting at the computer and here is my cat dragging a bag of his treats all over the place.lol..
        Maybe he should be on Atkins also..

          My cat Cleo should probably join up too. She lives for her treats! Too lazy to get into the pantry though.....
