    Good morning to all,

    I was down to 219.6 this morning and in ketosis last night. Therefore I think that I can officially say that I can say I am under 220!

    Things are going to start getting real busy for me as the wedding is like 47 days out.
    GOAL #1-220 lbs Completed 03/27/10
    GOAL #2-215 lbs
    GOAL #3-210 lbs
    GOAL #4-205 lbs
    GOAL #5-199.9 lbs onederland

      gxi1247 congratulations on the weight loss

      Well one of those mornings where I just could not sleep in..I was up at 5:30 so I figured what the heck and off I went for a walk down to the Ocean and around the state park. So by the time I got back I had 3.7 miles in and 9390 steps in already.
      I had a 2 egg omlette with .4oz green pepper and a tsp of chives with .3oz cheese this morning when I got back and of course 2 cups of water right away.
      Now I am going to sit and have a nice cup of coffee with a little Davinci hazlenut syrup in it(about ½ tsp) I don't like it sweet but just wanted the flavor.
      I got my order from Netrition today with my low carb products. Boy when they pack it they pack it well. I have enough bubble wrap that I could go into business..lol.
      I made sure I bought a bottle of the DaVinci peppermint paddy syrup, When I can have that minute chocolate cake that is the flavor I want in it..
      I can't find the recipe on the site anymore but here it is if any one wants it

      1 egg
      1/2 tsp SF vanilla extract
      1 tsp Torani hazlenut syrup
      1 Tbls heavy cream
      2 Tsp cocoa powder (note: I use Wonder Cocoa)
      2-5 pk Splenda ( I only use two the topping makes it sweet)
      1/2 Tsp baking powder
      1 Tbls softened butter
      top with
      Real whip cream and 2 tsp of Waldens pancake syrup

      You just whisk everything together until blended.
      Transfer the mixture to an oversized mug that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
      Microwave for 1 minute 10sec.
      cool
      Topping
      mix 2 tbl spoons of whipcream,pinch of cinnamon and a couple of drops of the syrup. I mix these three ingredients together then put on top of the cake...

      this cake is awesome
      Per Serving: 228 Cal (78% from Fat, 14% from Protein, 8% from Carb); 8 g Protein; 21 g Tot Fat; 11 g Sat Fat; 6 g Mono Fat; 5 g Carb; 1 g Fiber; 1 g Sugar; 179 mg Calcium; 2 mg Iron; 330 mg Sodium; 286 mg Cholesterol

        Hi..I am here..Not doing well again.. I get so mad with myself..

        Find out today what my grandbaby to be is...I can't wait.. Going to the chiro first and then the Ultrasound...

          Well, day two on induction and nothing. This went much faster the first time. I'm not patient by nature so I just have to keep telling myself it will happen. Did an hour on the bike last night, but it looks like Mother Nature is not going to work with me today (rain) so I think it's me and Billy Blanks this afternoon.

            Evening all!
            Well im back in the pink today, after my slip up at the weekend. Im going to carry on with my mini induction until Friday and then go back to my place on rung 2. Im having pleny of water and taking exercise, and feeling great right now!
