    Good Morning,

How is everyone doing? What is planned for dinner tonight? I am going to have a steak with some grilled veggies that my parents brought me from there garden. I love this time of the year because everyone has tomatos, cucumbers, green peppers and all sort good veggies to give away. Too bad it isn't like that year around.

I am pretty sore from riding the dirtbike on Sunday and working out yesterday. Good thing today is a rest day. Although I think I will go on a walk tonight with my finance, we got rained out last night.

I just put my bicycle in the shop for a tuneup, so I'll probably be either walking or doing tae bo tonight. Leftover chicken for dinner.

Hamburger patties, fried eggplant (those little Japanese ones), and a big salad for me. My husband and kids add the buns and burger add ons. I love summer's fresh produce too. This 110 degree heat is zapping my energy to work out though. I will head to the exercise room at the golf club today only because my youngest daughter needs to work out for cheerleading. Good thing I need to be a good example! Eva

day 2 of induction for me. i'm feeling super tired today..don't know if this is due to induction? my hubby and i are trying a new workout schedule..mon/wed/fri cardio (either running outside or a workout video) and then the other days in between weight/strength training either in the workout room our apt has or a companion video to our cario series. hopefully this plan goes well! we started working out together about a month ago and it has been great for us. i'm not really seeing a lot of physical results, but it has been great for the two of us to get out and do it together!

Doing ok today...Yeah our fresh produce is showing up strong in the farmers markets around here...I made some hamburger soup today with some of it and am sneaking some into a homemade chili for tonight. Shredded some zucchini, diced green onions, minced garlic, and chopped celery into it. Kids will never know that there are zukes in the chili!!! rofl It will be a topping for chili dogs but mine of course will have no bun and am using hebrew national hot dogs and topping with sour cream and cheddar!

Too funny, my oldest daughter still talks about when she discovered that I used baby food carrots in my spaghetti sauce! I still try to sneak in vegetables where I think they won't notice. Eva

Thats so funny...I mean, for the most part my kids will eat some veggies and others they kinda pick at...so just in case, I try to add vegies to just about everything...I have added the strangest vegies to the strangest things! rofl I only hope that the kids learn to do the same for their kids in the long run!
